This workshop will examine key elements of scale up and sustainability that should be considered in order to effectively support a consultation model of service delivery utilizing early intervention and early childhood professionals. Participants will review available data to guide their planning and practice and develop an action plan to build the capacity to support inclusive practices in their programs.
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Identify key considerations for scaling up a project within their programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to make data based decisions to guide planning.
- Complete an action plan to build the capacity to support inclusive practices in their program.

This training is for invited Early Intervention and Early Childhood administrators and staff only.
