This training is designed for core team members of the CSI regional Improvement team. Participants will engage in discussion about Pennsylvania’s system for LEA and School Improvement. Topics will include: Pennsylvania’s theory of action for school improvement, the cycle of improvement, stakeholder engagement, and the role of the core team members in this work.
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Describe Pennsylvania’s system for LEA and School Improvement.
- List key accomplishments for each phase of the cycle of improvement.
- Describe the value of stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
- Define their specific role in supporting CSI schools in continuous improvement.
