Participants will learn how academics and behavior supports are integrated into a multi-tiered framework with an emphasis on tier 2. They will review key concepts within integrated models and evidence-based universal practices; address problem-solving processes within the advanced tiers; and learn the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3 intensification.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

  • List key concepts within integrated models and evidence-based universal practices.
  • Describe the problem-solving process within the advanced tiers.
  • Compare and Contrast between Tier 2 and Tier 3 intensification.
