This will be a workshop for PWPBIS Core Leadership Teams to assess their current implementation, create an action plan and access resources to achieve goals for next three months of implementation. If the program is not already enrolled in the PA PBS Network, teams will complete the necessary paperwork to enroll including Commitment to Fidelity Implementation and Program Demographic form. *Teams will be expected to review the PA PBS webinar on Core Leadership Teams prior to attending this session.
Objectives
PWPBIS teams will be able to:
- complete Benchmarks of Quality to determine present baseline of implementation
- complete a three month action plan to focus their initial PBIS implementation
- ensure that paperwork has been completed and submitted for their program to join the PAPBS Network.
Target Audience
By invitation to new program-wide PBIS Core Teams in the PAPBS Network.
