The Pennsylvania Department of Education has dedicated high leverage practices and expertise to successfully Attract, Prepare, and Retain talented professionals into the rewarding world of instruction. Building a well-rounded team is critical to navigate all of the twists and turns that can happen in any given school day. Specific talking points within this session, will detail the intricate partnership of all classroom supports and how tactics of Applied Behavior Analysis may be used to effectively diffuse escalating situations and maximize instructional opportunities. Special attention and spotlights will be dedicated to the successful partnering of our para-educators and their immeasurable talent in keeping students engaged to make the most of every instructional moment.
