The Early Intervention Infant Toddler Policy Forum is an opportunity for EI leaders to come together to discuss the implementation efforts around PA’s Early Intervention Service Delivery model. Participants will be provided with strategies and resources needed for ongoing implementation and sustainability. Facilitated discussions will provide a forum to learn and share ideas and focus on action planning at the local level.

Participants will:

  1. Identify elements related to communication in the Benchmarks of Quality and develop strategies for effective communication at the local level.
  2. Discuss updates to the Infant Toddler session note and develop strategies for communicating information on the new session note to various groups.
  3. Review critical questions designed to target data collection efforts in their local programs and identify data collection tools to support their work.
