Over 60 years of research continues to support the importance of engaging families in the educational lives of their children. Even with our best efforts, many families remain disengaged or disenfranchised. In this session, Dr. Constantino will introduce the Five Simple Principles logic model with a focus on understanding disengagement and how to promote self-efficacy among all families through the concept of invisible engagement.

Target Audience

General education and special education administrators and teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, professional development staff, and families of students with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
