In this session, you will hear from school teams that have been participating in PaTTAN’s Enhancing Family Engagement Team Training series. Team members will describe how their current family engagement initiative has considered the specific needs of parents of students with disabilities. In describing their work, members of the teams will share both successes and challenges in their efforts to achieve more meaningful participation on the part of parents, as well as more positive outcomes for students.

Target Audience

General education and special education administrators and teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, professional development staff, and families of students with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
