Long before the term Common Core entered into education vernacular, Lisa had already coined the term, but it had nothing to do with curriculum. She believes that when we start with the heart of our students, the brain engages as well. As educators, we are aware of the power of building relationships in the classroom. This session will explore the world of relationship building and is guaranteed to make you laugh. Although audience participation won’t be required, you may not be able to resist.

Target Audience

General education and special education administrators and teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, professional development staff, and families of students with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
