This day will highlight presentations from local, state, national, and international researchers and practitioners. Presenters will cover a wide range of topics, current research, and implementation of evidence-informed instructional practices
Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Identify structured literacy practices
- Define dyslexia and its underlying attributes
- Identify assessments as they relate to instruction and intervention
- Describe effective instruction as it relates to oral reading skills
- List cultural responsive practices
- Identify evidence based practices to support secondary intervention
