01. Culturally Responsive Enhanced TFI: Elevating Equity in Tier 1 Coaching and Conversation

Participants will be introduced to a culturally responsive and enhanced tiered fidelity tool (TFI) developed to facilitate equitable conversations and support the examination of Universal/Tier 1 Practices through a lens of equity with school-based PBIS teams. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to make connections between efficacy, restorative practice, SEL, and PBIS as a Multi-Tiered System of Support to promote positive school culture and desired outcomes.
Target Audience
PAPBS network facilitators, School and program-wide PBIS coaches, District and school level leadership teams, Regular and Special Educators, including EL and early childhood educators, Behavioral specialists (school counselors, school psychologists), Behavioral and mental health providers, District and state policy makers, Family members and caregivers, SBBH Community of Practice members
