The 2017 Pennsylvania HELIX Conference: High Expectations for Students With Low Incidence Disabilities is a three-day conference that provides educators and families with skills, strategies, and opportunities for collaboration in order to support students with hearing loss, intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, traumatic brain injury, who are Deaf-Blind, and/or students with complex communication needs. Through in-depth sessions by national, state, and local experts in their fields, and a day of interactive sessions focused on assistive technology, the HELIX Conference seeks to provide a space supportive of high expectations for all students.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate individuals who have special needs as addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act and who need assistance at this training. Contact: Dana Galli, at 800-441-3215 x 7210, or "dgalli@pattan.net(Dana Galli email)":mailto:dgalli@pattan.net.
