National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB)

NCDB provides various resources and trainings on deaf-blindness for families and professionals.
 

Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths & Adults (HKNC)

HKNC provides training and resources to people age 16 and over who have combined vision and hearing loss.
 

Parent Education & Advocacy Leadership Center (PEAL)

 PEAL is committed to serving families and professionals across Pennsylvania. They work with families, youth and young adults with disabilities and special health care needs to help them understand their rights and advocate for themselves.
