My Plan for Success (MP4S) Post Survey Overview and Procedural Training
This session will provide participants with an understanding of the My Plan for Success (MP4S) and the requirements for implementation. The purpose of MP4S is to determine, for the state as a whole, the extent to which students are achieving transition outcomes as stated in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This is a required training for LEAs.
Accountability requirements under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004 ( IDEA ) regarding secondary transition mandate each state to determine, for the state as a whole, the extent to which students are achieving transition outcomes as stated in their IEPs (Indicator 14).
