Resources for Transitions:

Throughout their educational career, your child will make several important transitions—from Early Intervention Services to preschool, preschool to kindergarten, elementary to middle school and then to high school, and life after high school into adulthood. Here are some resources to help with these transitions:

 

For birth through age five: click on Family Resources for Early Intervention. Once on the portal…click Resources…then Transition Resources for Families
