One Event, Two Experiences

 

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!

 

The 2024 PDE Conference will be offered in a hybrid format - in person at Hershey Lodge or virtually through Chime Live. Choose the option that's right for you, your school, or your organization.

IMPORTANT!
Payment must be received prior to the conference. You will not be permitted to attend the conference unless your registration fee is paid in full.

Registration Fee

  • Payment may be made with cash, check, purchase order, or credit card. 
  • ​Credit card payment: The PaTTAN registration system is now equipped to process payment made by credit card. Credit card payments are entered online as part of the registration process.

  • Check or Purchase Order: Include a copy of your registration confirmation email with your payment. Make check payable to MCIU and mail to: Business Office, PaTTAN, 333 Technology Drive Malvern, Pennsylvania 19355 or send a purchase order to ConferenceBilling@pattankop.net

In-Person Attendance (Pennsylvania Educators and/or Residents only)  = $265.00

  • Registration will be open until February 13, 2024.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 p.m., February 13, 2024.  If payment is not received by February 13, you will be charged a registration fee of $350.00.
  • Payment must be received prior to the conference. You will not be permitted to attend the conference unless your registration fee is paid in full.
  • In-person attendance for out-of-state participants is $550.00.

Online Attendance = $175.00

  • Registration will be open until February 13, 2024.
  • Payment must be received by 4:00 p.m., February 13, 2024. If payment is not received by February 13, you will be charged a registration fee of $225.00.

  • Payment must be received prior to the conference. Links for online access to the conference will not be sent to participants who have not paid in full.

Registration Cancellations

  • If you are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your registration by 4:00 p.m., February 13, 2024, by contacting pdeconferenceregistration@pattankop.net
  • If you do not cancel your registration by the deadline, you will be required to pay the full registration fee to cover costs incurred by PaTTAN. You or your LEA will be billed for the late registration fee. No refunds will be given.
  • Once you have registered, if you decide to switch from in-person attendance to virtual attendance, you must do so by February 13, 2024. We will try to accommodate you; however, no refund will be given for the difference in cost. Please contact: pdeconferenceregistration@pattankop.net
