School Based ACCESS Program (SBAP) Statewide Training
Tuesday October 11, 2016 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
This session will review all components and policies of the SBAP program, implementation of best practices for claiming services and responding to the Random Moment Time Study, and will provide a detailed review of the Cost Settlement process that all participating schools must complete annually. Attendees will learn what information they will be required to provide, how they will provide it, and what the timeline is for completing SBAP requirements.
- Participants will recognize Medicaid regulations and rules.
- Participants will identify SBAP website and requirements for compliance.
- Participants will identify SBAP cost-settlement website and requirements for compliance.
ACCESS coordinators, special education directors and supervisors, business managers and anyone else involved in the SBAP.
