This training will analyze the components of an effective Language Instruction Educational Program in compliance with federal and state requirements. Culturally responsive practices will be highlighted in regards to the effective education of English learners in AEDY settings. Evidence-based instruction and assessment practices for ELs within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework will be addressed.
Objectives

- Examine culturally responsive practices, as related to holding high expectations for all students.
- Identify evidence-based instruction and assessment for ELs within Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.
