This session is the introduction to the installation phase of preschool service delivery. This session will focus on the important elements of installation including the role of the Core Leadership Team. Participants will begin to create a communication plan for their program.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Describe the elements of the installation phase of Implementation Science
- Create a list of stakeholders for their individual programs
- Develop a communication plan with their Core Leadership Team Members
Target Audience
Preschool Early Intervention Core Leadership Team Members from the 8 programs engaged in Installation of Service Delivery Across Preschool Settings
