During this in-person session, paraprofessionals will learn about effective management strategies to use in their classrooms under the direction of your IEP team members. Paraprofessionals will learn strategies to promote student motivation that keeps students on task and focused. They will also learn and practice ways to increase student independence and decrease prompt dependency. All strategies can be used when they return to school on Monday!
