DIBELS Math Data Interpretation

This training offers advanced training in the application of DIBELS Math data within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). Practitioners will interpret DIBELS Math data at the systems, classroom, and student levels (K-6). Participants will also engage in instructional grouping and matching, goal setting, and the evaluation of current evidence-based methodologies for improving outcomes for all students. Interdisciplinary teams and/or practitioners are strongly encouraged to bring their own grade and/or student level data for analysis. It is strongly recommended that participants attend the DIBELS Math Essentials Training prior to attending this workshop.
Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Describe the foundations and administration and scoring.
- Define and apply an Outcomes Driven Model to the system, classroom, and student levels.
- Interpret data and determine implications for instruction at the school, classroom, and student levels.
- Refine and expand their continuum of evidence-based methodologies.

Building Principal, General Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher, Provider of Tiered Math Support, Mathematics Coach, School Psychologist, IU TaC, MTSS Coordinators
