IDEA 2006 Regulations

The  Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004 ( IDEA ) is a federal law that ensures students with a disability are provided with Free Appropriate Public Education that is tailored to their individual needs. The IDEA Regulations were passed in 2006 to assist in the implementation of the IDEA.
