This training will assist IU TaC in their work with Local Education Agency (LEA) teams to ensure Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are reasonably calculated for students to receive educational benefit. Additionally, during this session, IU TaC will be provided with updates on both the legal and regulatory basis for EBR, giving them access to tools to support LEAs through the process and provide guidance for improving educational benefit for students with disabilities.
