During this training of indicator 13, participants will learn about the connections of secondary transition to cyclical monitoring for continuous improvement and best practices for meeting transition compliance. Resources for further learning will also be shared.

Participants will be able to:

  • List elements of Indicator 13.
  • Define best practices in transition compliance.
  • Identify 3 resources related to transition compliance.

Target Audience

Educational Sign Language Interpreters and Interveners who provide interpreting services in Pennsylvania K-12 classrooms.

Teachers of Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing who have at least intermediate American Sign Language Skills.
