Hillary Mangis joins the PaTTAN Pittsburgh team following service as the Coordinator of Special Education and Student Services for the Carlynton School District.
A graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, Hillary began graduate studies at Duquesne University, where she earned her doctorate in school psychology in 2009. Dr. Mangis has publications in the Textbook of Pediatric Neuropsychiatry and Applied Neuropsychology. She has also presented research at the International Neuropsychology annual conference. As a member of the National Association of School Psychologists, she holds the credential of Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
Dr. Mangis’ previous work experiences include serving as psychologist for Early Intervention/DART at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. In addition, she served as contracted school psychologist for West Allegheny and district school psychologist for Carlynton.
