The Pennsylvania State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) for Early Intervention annual report includes data required by state and federal law. The annual report summarizes Early Intervention data on the number of children served in each county in Early Intervention, the settings where children receive services and supports, and the state and federal funding utilized for Early Intervention.
