The 2022 PaPBS Implementers’ Forum, EXHIBIT HALL will be held in-person on November 30 - December 1, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Day One (Nov. 30) and 8:00 AM – Lunch on Day Two (Dec. 1). We ask exhibitors to be set up during registration, passing times and the Evening Celebration on Day One. Exhibitors are asked to maintain their tables through lunch of Day Two, with their table and display dismantled by 6:00 Dec. 1. The exhibit hall will be open in the morning during conference registration for conference participants to visit with exhibitors in a casual format. We will also be hosting an evening reception, with food and a cash bar available. We encourage our exhibitors to plan activities during these times to attract more participants to their tables to interact. Games, prizes and giveaways are always welcome and appreciated!
- Single, six-foot, exhibitor tables will be set up in the Chocolate and Great American Hall LOBBIES.
- Exhibitor set up time is 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM November 30, 2022 The exhibit hall is open to conference participants from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, November 30 and 8:00 – Lunch on Dec. 1.
- Exhibitor services and products should be aligned to PBIS Implementation, Advanced Tiers Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Behavioral Health or Social Emotional Learning
- Cost for Exhibitors Table is $650 and includes a listing in the Exhibitor Directory posted to the PaPBS Networks website at https://papbs.org/ and (1) six foot table and electricity. (Registration to the conference is included – limit two exhibitors)
