Repetition is more than just doing something over and over—it’s a powerful tool for building strong neural connections in young children. In this session, based on The Growing Brain: From Birth to 5 Years Old curriculum, we’ll explore why repeated experiences are essential for healthy brain development and how they help children master new skills.

  2. Explain the process of pruning during brain development and the importance of providing repeated, positive experiences.
  3. Discuss ways to provide repetition in everyday routines for children.
