P2G coaches will continue their knowledge of "The Impact Cylce" through discussions and activities around The Impact Cycle's Tool Kit - specifically Power Tools. Questioning techniques addressed in Peers Goals will be covered. Participants will learn about Systems Wide Data and Early Warning Systems as well as the TIPS data protocol. Andragogy of relationship and rapport building will be explored with best practices for adult learner purposes. Additionally, coaches will be introduced to the Instructional Playbook which includes coaching strategies and checklists and will be utilized to support their work with LEAs.
Objectives:
Participants will
1. Identify 4 components of the Impact Cycle Tool Kit
2. Identify 3 ways to build relationships and rapport with regard to andragogy
3. List components of the Instructional Playbook
4. Identify the necessary components of an Early Warning System
