Sessions will focus on special education law, learning environments and engagement, assistive technology, literacy, school psychology, family engagement, secondary transition, and Attract-Prepare-Retain.

Participants will be able to:

Identify qualities of an effective teacher.
Describe ways that the teaching profession is life changing for both the teacher and the student.
Describe ways that the work of educators impacts students and the world around them.

Target Audience

General education and special education administrators and teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, professional development staff, and families of students with disabilities are encouraged to attend.
