The Pennsylvania Department of Education announced the availability of the 7-12 CS certification and exam on December 8, 2020 and the Certification Staffing Policy Guidelines (CSPGs) for 7-12 Computer Science was released on December 18, 2020.

The form allows for multiple submissions allowing you to provide updated information should your exam and certification status change. This form is also used for the temporary certification and exam reimbursement program.
