ATPP Bid

Bid prices are effective from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.

Through a cooperative arrangement between the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 and the Pennsylvania Department of Education, bid pricing on various assistive device products has been secured for use by school districts, intermediate units, vocational technical schools, state approved private schools, and state system of higher education (SSHE) institutions. This program is referred to as the Assistive Technology Purchasing Program (ATPP).

To participate in this program complete the Requesting Permission to Participate in the Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 Assistive Technology Purchasing Program resolution form and mail it to Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13, 1020 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601. Purchasing from the ATPP bid can begin after mailing the resolution form.

To locate assistive devices available through the ATPP, use the search form below. After locating a device, order it directly from the "vendor". Purchase orders must contain the following phrase, "As per conditions and specifications of Bid # ___________ awarded on ___ (date)_____ by the Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 Board of Directors." The Bid # and bid date can be obtained when doing a search on a particular item.

Tips for using Search Form:

• To avoid viewing all items on the bid list, please choose a category before conducting your search.
• When searching for a specific item, type as few letters as possible in the search box.  If words are not typed exactly as they have been entered into our database, no records will be found.  For example, typing in TechSpeak will not find Tech/Speak.
