Through Hand in Hand, the Pennsylvania Deafblind Project, Pennsylvania participates in this national census to identify and collect information on children who are deafblind. Our participation is mandated by the U.S. Department of Education. This information is used for funding of the regional and statewide planning of appropriate services for infants, children and youth who are deafblind.
