Recent revisions to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) have resulted in new requirements under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Chapter 15 of the PA School Code. This session will summarize the requirements of the ADA of 1990, the ADA Amendments of 2008, and Section 504/ Chapter 15 for local education agencies.
