The Office of Special Education Policy Letters are reproductions of the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education letters issued since June 4, 1997. PaTTAN has organized the letters and archived them for access in a searchable format. Use the search form to locate appropriate OSEP letters.

In some instances, "blank" areas are due to redacted information, for example "names".

To find the desired policy letter, you may apply each or all of the following searches:

1. Search by recipient's LAST name
2. Search by date of the letter (Enter one date into Start Date)
3. Search a "range" of dates by selecting a start date and end date.
4. Search by single topic.
