Behavior Analyst Certification Board Continuing Education Units
This credit type is commonly known as BACB CEUs. This CEU type is offered for board certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and board certified associate behavior analysts (BCABA) only. BCBAs and BCABAs need to accumulate hours as part of the requirements to keep their credentials valid. Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling Certification
Continuing Education credits for professionals with Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) credentials will be offered for attendance of selected trainings. CRCC Continuing Education Certificates will be available upon successful completion of the program for interested participants.

Paraeducator Credentialing
PaTTAN has designed training for paraeducators to help them earn a Pennsylvania Special Education Paraeducator Credential of Competency from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Special Education. This credential is based on 10 standards identified by The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) as necessary for a special education paraeducator to know or be able to do in order to work effectively with children in special education programs. Staff development is offered at convenient times, so that the pool of special education paraeducators is prepared and highly qualified to work with students with disabilities. Early Intervention Infant and Toddler Staff Hours
Early Intervention Infant/Toddler Staff Training Hours are for early intervention teachers and therapists who work in the birth to three early intervention system. The Department of Public Welfare, which runs the 0-3 system, requires that all EI staff get 24 hours of training each year in order to continue to work in the system. The Early Intervention Technical Assistance office works toward providing training and information for early intervention teachers and therapists. Graduate Credits
PaTTAN will occasionally coordinate with a University or College to offer graduate credits for attending a specific training event. All fees are paid directly to the sponsoring University or College issuing the credits. Transcripts may be obtained from the sponsoring institution of higher education.

Registry for the Interpreters for the Deaf
The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. (RID) is a national membership organization of professionals who provide sign language interpreting/transliterating services for deaf and hard of hearing persons. PaTTAN works with PARID (Pennsylvania Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf) to provide RID continuing education credits to participants. RID continuing education hours are offered for interpreters for the deaf in selected training opportunities. The Associate Continuing Education Tracking (ACET) is part of the RID organization. Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP)
The Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP) is a legal certification body governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that offers professional certification for vision rehabilitation and education professionals in order to improve service delivery to persons with vision impairments. PaTTAN is registering to become an approved provider of ACVREP continuing education hours. Visit the ACVREP web site for more information.

Social Worker
Approval for continuing education license has been applied for through the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Work Examiners, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Professional Counselors. This credit type is offered in conjunction with Penn State for attending the Autism Institute and Low Incidence Institute.
