Be a part of the conversation!
Imagine an afternoon filled with brilliant speakers, thought-provoking video, and mind-blowing conversation. We have searched the vast TED Talk library to curate videos that will be embedded into each TED Talk session. Following each video, facilitators will guide a participant-led discussion. These conversations will focus on the salient points of each topic in an effort to capture and share participants’ experiences. Be ready to participate with your colleagues during these unique networking sessions that will unleash new ideas, inspire, and inform.

Topics include:

  • Mental Health Issues for Today’s Youth
  • Presuming Competence in All Students
  • Changing the Educational Climate in Our Schools
  • The Lasting Effects of Bullying
  • Becoming a More Effective Leader
  • Creating a Culture of Learning

TED is devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED believes passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world. TED is owned by a nonprofit, nonpartisan foundation whose agenda is to make great ideas accessible and spark conversation. Ted Talks are shown at this conference in compliance with the terms of the TED Creative Commons license.
