  • Doug Williams is an Educational Consultant for PaTTAN out of the Harrisburg office. He serves in the Blindness and Visual Impairment, Deaf Blind, Assistive Technology and Short Term Loan initiatives. Doug is on the board for the Penn Del Chapter of AER. Prior to his employment at PaTTAN he was a TVI, O&M and AT specialist for 30 years at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12.
  • Jennifer Edgar received her Masters’ degree in Orientation and Mobility and certification as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now known as Salus University. She has been in the field for 15 years having worked in an Intermediate Unit, School District, and State Agency. Jennifer is currently an educational consultant with the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN). She serves on the blindness and visual impairment, deaf-blindness, and assistive technology initiatives. She is also a core planning team member for the HELIX and Pennsylvania Department of Education Conferences.
  • Dr. Lynn Fox is an educational consultant with a low incidence focus with the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN), Pennsylvania Department of Education. Lynn has taught for 20 years in special education, with an emphasis in blindness and visual impairment. Lynn most recently served as the program coordinator and clinical instructor of the Vision Studies Program at the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt). Prior to Pitt, Lynn provided direct services to students with visual impairments as a TVI and O&M specialist at a local intermediate unit and early intervention agencies.
