As cross-disciplinary teams become more sophisticated in their understanding and application of Response to Intervention (RtI) Methodologies, practitioners have requested support with the consideration of Rate of Improvement (ROI) toward SLD determination relative to other contextual factors, including the effectiveness of the school’s multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS).
