During this session, invited presenter, Jay Stiteley will discuss a number of factors for successful personal and social integration. Geared to both consumers and service providers in the field of visual impairment, this session will focus on "the next level" of everyday skills of independence, and stress the importance of merging knowledge, style and personal experience to build value and self-confidence in the workplace and other areas of life. Jay will share his personal and professional experiences as he has developed, taught and learned from other individuals with VI various techniques of “fitting in.”
