A Perennial Favorite! This session will provide participants with an opportunity to review special education regulations and requirements. Brief scenarios of actual Pennsylvania special education due process and court proceedings will be used and participants will be asked to analyze how they would “judge” the case. Additional information will be provided from the Federal and state regulations to support the decision from the scenario.
