PaTTAN's Mission
The mission of Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) is to support the efforts and initiatives of the Bureau of Special Education, and to build the capacity of local educational agencies to serve students who receive special education services.

Overview
PaTTAN has three regional offices, with locations in King of Prussia and Pittsburgh, in addition to Harrisburg. These offices develop training courses, offer technical assistance, and provide resources to build the skills of intermediate unit and school personnel, in order to improve student achievement. Each regional office serves specific intermediate units. PaTTAN Harrisburg serves Intermediate Units 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 29.
