WIOA and PETS - Discussion and Planning for the 2017-18 School Year Webinar

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies to set aside at least 15% of their federal funds to provide "pre-employment transition services" to "students with disabilities who are eligible or potentially eligible for VR services." During this webinar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Community of Practice on Secondary Transition and presented by representatives from OVR and PaTTAN provided information regarding how to assist transition age students in accessing and engaging in pre-employment transition services during the 2017-18 school year.
